For leg installation, we recommend to place the heater on a horizontal surface (closer to the edge) covered with a clean cloth and then attach the legs. For brackets installation, there is no need to place the heater at the edge of the surface.

Hooks and dowels supplied with the heater are designed to mount it on a reinforced concrete wall only. When installing on a different type of wall you should choose the appropriate fasteners. Please consult qualified installers.

Yes, you can. But all installation operations must only be carried out by qualified installers who have sufficient knowledge and skills to carry out correct and safe mounting of the heater on the ceiling. ATTENTION! During installation process, the Ceiling installation setting of the heater must be enabled in the AENO app. Note that AENO shall not be liable for possible installation errors, including the use of unsuitable fasteners, as well as for any loss or damage resulting from improper installation work.

The cable cutting operation is required in this case. ATTENTION! When cutting the power cable, it is not allowed to cut off the temperature sensor. For details, please read the Hardwiring Option Section of the Installation and Operation Manual. Please note that any installation operations must only be carried out by qualified installers only who have sufficient knowledge and skills to carry out correct and safe hardwiring of the heater, and that our warranty for the device will become void, if you cut the cable.

This is a venting hole that is required to ensure proper air circulation and discharge of moisture. It is not a defect in the device. Please note that It is forbidden to block the venting hole of the heater.

Use the legs or mounting brackets to move the heater. Please don’t touch the glass panel by hand, because there is a risk of burns, and you also may leave fingerprints on its glass panel.

To avoid overheating, do not cover the device or dry clothes on it. For details, please read Limitations and Warnings Sections of the Installation and Operation Manual.

A heater error occurred. To reset the fault condition, you should press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds. For details on the power button LED, please see Table 2 of the Installation and Operation Manual. If the problem persists, please contact our Support Team.

This value is valid for rooms with closed doors and full insulation against the heat loss. In this case, the room will be heat up from 20 °C to 24 °C in 3-4 hours.

For premises without Wi-Fi, only manual operation of the heater is possible (For details, see Section 2.3 Manual Control of the Installation and Operation Manual). If you try to connect the heater to the AENO app via your smartphone’s access point, you should keep in mind that the heater will be offline every time you are out.

Because the device is intended for operation in a room with an ambient temperature of 0 °C… +40 °C. Please note that the heater is not designed for cooling, so if the room temperature is higher than the one set by you with this slider, the heater will not be switched on. Setting a temperature of the room to for example 28 °C on SMART mode will make the heater use all the 700 W+ until it will reach this temperature (actually reaching this temperature depends on the room insulation. If you want a faster heating method, a much more powerful heater in terms of Watts hour is needed for you (2000 Watts or even more).

Constant heating means that the heater is switched on and off manually by the user, and the temperature of the room heating cannot be adjusted, while SMART mode means that the room temperature is controlled by a built-in sensor. The set value is maintained without the user, i.e. the heating element is switched on or off as needed.

You should connect your heater via AENO app and integrate oyur account with Alexa and Google Assistant services. To do it, you shoul open Additional settings of the heater. To open the additional settings screen, tap the pen icon in the upper right corner of the device control panel and select the desired voice assistant from the list. Next, follow instructions available at this service website.

Heaters based on infrared heating technology heat objects and air, without drying it or blowing air around. Here, the heater operates like the sun – heats you and the objects. This method of heating is more efficient as it quickly reaches all surfaces of furniture and walls, making them radiate heat (including people) within its radius of action without loss. Other methods first heat the air, causing you to breath in hot air, feeling uncomfortable. As a result, we will feel comfortable at a lower room ambient temperature and you will not feel overheating.

The ‘Watts-hour’ (Wh) parameter depends on the heater panel temperature setting and the Volts in your system (between 220 V to 240 V by default in Europe). If you set the heater panel temperature to 60 °C in the mobile app, you will see the decrease in the ‘Watts-hour (Wh)’ parameter to around 160 Wh in the Statistics tab, if the heater panel temperature is 120 °C, the Watts-hour will be around 700 Wh.

Watts-hour is a parameter that shows how much energy for 1 hour of operation the heater consumed from the mains to convert it into heat. While the Watts is the maximum power of the heater itself.

This error occurs when the voltage in the electrical network to which the heater is connected exceeds 260 Volts. AENO Smart Heater device is designed to operate betweem 220 to 240 Volts range (the device automatically switches off and informs you that there is an issue to prevent it being damaged). Please contact a qualified electrician to verify and solve any issues related to the power supply, and reset this error in your user account in the AENO mobile application and continue to use the infrared heater as usual.

Heater efficiency level is close to 100% (actually, 99.9% since we have LED). Some physics: Energy efficiency is a positive energy for any operation. If it is a fridge, it operates to cool. If it is a TV, it operates to display. But such devices also produce heat during operation, which is bad for them, because it is not generated for cooling or displaying. But as to our heaters, heat is good energy, because it is used for heating. It means that in our heaters, we convert all energy into heat. All 700W+. So we are 100% efficient, which does not require assignment of any efficiency label and does not apply to EU regulation 2015/1186. Our heater does NOT belong to the list below https://ec.europa.eu/energy/eepf-labels/label-type/space-heaters_en boiler space heaters, cogeneration space heaters, heat pump space heaters, low-temperature heat pumps, boiler combination heaters, heat pump combination heaters.
